We use enquiry information to respond to your request, prepare or communicate relevant options, arrange requested services, communicate about an enquiry, maintain necessary business records, prevent misuse and meet legal obligations where applicable.

4. Data minimisation

We aim to request only information reasonably needed for the enquiry or service. Do not send passwords, OTPs, banking PINs, card authentication information or other unnecessary confidential credentials.

5. WhatsApp

If you choose the WhatsApp button, you are choosing to communicate through WhatsApp. The information you send is processed through WhatsApp and is also subject to WhatsApp's own policies. FireCut does not control WhatsApp's systems.

Relevant information may be shared with service providers or partners where reasonably necessary to fulfil the service you requested, such as grading/certification, manufacturing or logistics, or where required by law. We do not sell enquiry information as a business practice.
