1. Website purpose

FireCut Diamonds & Jewellery is a lead-generation and consultation website. Product buttons start a conversation with our team. The website does not itself complete a sale, purchase, payment or transfer of goods.

2. Website information

Images, videos, examples, educational material and indicative descriptions are provided for general guidance. They do not guarantee availability, exact appearance, grade, certification, dimensions, price, metal, making charges or delivery time for any specific item.

3. Quotations and final terms

The actual item, specifications, grading report or other documentation, price, taxes, making/manufacturing charges, applicable service fee or margin, delivery arrangements, return/cancellation terms and other commercial conditions will be communicated and agreed as applicable before a transaction.

4. Delivery and response targets

References to 15-minute or 30-minute responses and 2-working-day or 7-working-day delivery are target timings, not unconditional guarantees. They depend on business hours, enquiry completeness, availability, manufacturing requirements and logistics.

5. Certification and grading

GIA, IGI, HRD Antwerp and other laboratory names are referenced for educational/contextual purposes. A grading report is not implied unless it is actually supplied for the particular stone. Any report should be checked against the actual item and report details.

6. BIS hallmarking

BIS hallmarking concerns applicable precious-metal articles, not a blanket certification of diamonds. For eligible jewellery, the applicable hallmark and HUID details should be verified on the actual article. FireCut does not represent a jewellery item as BIS-hallmarked unless that claim is supported by the item and applicable documentation.

7. Images and AI/illustrative visuals

Some website visuals may be illustrative or digitally created. They are not proof that the exact pictured stone or jewellery is in stock or identical to an item later quoted.

8. WhatsApp and third parties

WhatsApp, email, grading laboratories, logistics providers, manufacturers and other third parties operate under their own terms and policies. Please do not send OTPs, PINs, passwords, card authentication data or other confidential security information through the website or WhatsApp.

9. No investment representation

Nothing on this website is investment, financial or price-appreciation advice. Diamond and jewellery values can vary and should not be treated as guaranteed investments.
